kyma•tweaky: Know FlameNotSeenOnStartup

Problem

When starting up Kyma I often have to manually repower the Flame interface - otherwise Kyma cannot recognise the Capybara. When I repower, I hear disk activity, which suggests that a driver required for the flame then gets loaded.
