sorgenkind.kym

Hi,
can you tell why this sound is not working? I thought that it must be the way to loop and pause a DiskPlayer, but like this the disk sound doesn't play at all.
Thanks in advance, best,

Flo

TimeIndexFreezeTest.kym

Your Sound plays fine for me, what kind of error are you getting?

Attached is a simpler version using trackAndHold. I'm not sure what you were expecting to happen when turning freeze off: Should it continue from where it would be if you didn't hit freeze ? Or should it start from the beginning? I've included examples for both

Best,
Gustav

Hi Gustav,
thanks for your help (!). I don't get any error, but it remains just silent, no output at all (but I use still kyma x with the capy because I've problems with kyma 7 and the pacarana). I want the first option you were mentioning. I'll check out your sounds.
Best,

Flo

In case you can't open my kym because I'm using Kyma 7, here's what I did:

Paste a constant in the TimeIndex parameter field of the SOS.
Then use the following CapyTalk in the constant:

(1 - !Freeze) trackAndHold: (1 repeatingFullRamp: !OnDur s)
