I'm interested in the package too, so I'd like to hear others' opinions as well, but I'm also interested in the answer to a larger question - will third-party modules like this run successfully in a Universal Binary Kyma running on Mac Intel systems, or will they need to be updated?

Yes, no problems with third party modules running in the universal binary version of Kyma. (Third-party modules like the LCK are not running on the Mac (or PC), they are running in Kyma and on the Capybara.)
