Is live sampling into the Tau possible?

No, but you could record a sample to disk and then drag it into the Tau editor.

Is there any module I can use to do this automatically after I press stop on the Disk Cache?

What is the result you'd like to achieve with the Tau? (I'm thinking there might be an easier way to achieve the result than auto-opening a Tau editor...but would need to know what effect you are aiming for. Thanks!)

Well, I would like to do a few things with Live Sampling. I have used STEIMS LiSa in the past, and it's capabilities were pretty great. I would like to expand on these capabilities with Kyma.

It would be nice to sample something live, be able to do time stretching ( or better yet, use tables to alter the speed, direction and pitch of each sample), to be able to immediately scrub the sample, in either direction forward or back, (To also use velocity from an instrument to do this after sampling the sound) then to adjust frequency, and formant envelopes of the sounds using the mouse, midi controller, Wacom pen, or arrow keys like in the tau, accept live. I noticed there are a few kyma examples like these, I would just like to put all the pieces together

basiclivecapture&playback.kym

This might be a useful starting point. It includes a basic way to capture live input and play it back with different loop points and start points plus a variation on that object that allows for time stretching and compression of what you've just captured.
