i have gotten two errors in the last two days i can't quite explain.

my system is capy320, kyma5.18, and macOS 9.2.1 running on a G4 with 256megs of RAM.

one is a delay that runs through a waveshaper each time through. all worked fine til i saved it. now i get:
'error: message #*, sent to nil, an instance class undefinded object was not understood.'
i narrowed it down to the multiplying waveshaper sound. now even if i pull the Puchy Waveshaper straight out of the prototypes strip, i get this same message.

the next is an array of four bandpass filters postioned through a stereo field. if i open the sound and compile it, it plays. however, if i change anything in the sound (filter pole, delay settings, etc) then it hangs and gives me this message:
'memory low. close some windows and press recycle button in status window.'
kyma then won't respond to anything except a force quit. i get this error no matter how many windows or applications are open.

re-booting, the mac or the capy, does not help either.

neither sound is anything special, and since this crops up on a prototype, i don't know what to think. i gander it is something with 9.2 as i was running kyma 5.18 on another machine with 9.1 just dandy last week. any suggestions? (not sure if going back to 9.1 is an option)

tia.

It seems unlikely to be related to your computer or OS. It seems likely that there is something wrong with the Punchy Waveshaper prototype.

Please send the two Sounds with problems to support@symbolicsound.com and we will take a look at them.

Thanks!
