![]() ![]() ![]() You can change controller values and send note events via FireWire. David Kiers has created a Max object that does this -- could you use that? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() when Max and Kyma finally work in windows XP, I'll give it a try. However, I really want to use TCP or UDP to control things directly in kyma from another program. I can fake it by scaling and slewing midi controllers but exact floatingpoint values would be preferable. I have not been using kyma long yet so I am still figuring out what I want to do. best, IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() You could write a C program to receive the UDP packets and send them on to the Capybara as FireWire messages to control specific controllers within the Capybara... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() That sounds like what I am looking for. Is there some documentation available on what the capybara wants to receive or send? Rod. IP: Logged |
