On a DX-7, the amount one operator modulates another is determined by its output level, on a scale from 0-99. Anyone know how this maps to the Kyma modulation index parameter on an Oscillator (e.g. something like 0-1.0 or whatever)?

Hi Larry,
I don't think I've seen you before on the forum.
So first of all "welcome".
You may be interested in a Topic labled "Yamaha DX7" in the confabulation catagory. The last entry was dated 15th July so you may have to opt to show older entries in your forum prefs before you see the entry. We too got stuck on the problem of finding someone with a DX7 that could do some tests, so that we could calibrate the Kyma version, but there is an example Sound that may be of interest to you.
Hope it helps
Pete.
