how can I do a similar thing - creating delay patterns with the cross filter as in the sound attached - in a deterministic way? With the AnalogSequencer sending sequences of ones and zeroes? Any advice? Thanks in advance. p.s. it’s best to use a short perc. sample with the attached sound, to hear the delay patterns clearly IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() One idea would be to use a PulseTrain as your Response input to the CrossFilter. You could vary the period and dutyCycle of the PulseTrain. Another thought is to use your AnalogSequencer idea to control a Constant as the Sound feeding into the AnalogSequencer. Then use ExtraValues to send sequences of 0s and 1s to the Value field of the Constant. IP: Logged

to the output of the extra values (I tried several things but it didn't solve the problem)...can you help me here? The other approach, changing the frequency and the dc of a PulseTrain, works fine, although precise rhythmic control via the vcs becomes difficult at higher speeds. IP: Logged |
