How good is the Kyma X for mastering tasks?

I have tried some of the processing sounds of Kyma, and have been overall very pleased with the results.
But since I don't have any top digital mastering unit, I'm not sure how does it compare with other digital top units, like devices from Weiss, Junger, Sintefex, TC Electronic M6000, etc...

Anyone here doing mastering that has experience with those devices and Kyma?
Unfortunately this is one of the areas I'm lacking in my small home studio, and GAS has been raising a lot lately...
But if the Kyma can match those devices, I'd probably should just focus a bit more on it

And are there any other mastering sounds available for Kyma, other than the ones featured with the software?

I've been looking at the same issue as you. Not being very satisfied with inexpensive compressors. But not being able to afford high-end mastering compressors.

I may take a look as to whether one can utilize Kyma as a mastering limiter.

I realise it's been a while since you posted, but just in case you never came across it, I'm a big fan of:

I'm not familiar with the other stuff you posted, but I often put tracks thru this and it usually sounds great to me!
