Hi Kyma I am working on a theater play and I want to create a sound effect for a scene where a wounded soldier begs for water and we start to hear a first fly buzzing and the like hundreds of them invade the stage ... Can you give some clues to synthesize an effect like this? Many thanks Luis Aly IP: Logged | |

If you would like the voice of the soldier to change into the buzzing, one possibility is to analyze it using TAU. Open the Gallery and the Sound called: "Looping time frequency formant adjust of <yourFileNameHere>" If you slow down the rate almost to zero, vowels turn into an insect-like buzzing sound so you might be able to use this technique for at least one layer of your effect.
