So, I'm enjoying this feature, and feel compelled to ask the following....
does everyone get the same sounds every day? If not, how is it decided? Are you in league with the NSA?

oh - so I am tending to fall behind - but the sounds for the previous day seem to disappear. Would it be possible to (without going out of one's way to preserve them) to submit a date, and regenerate those sounds?

Was embarrassed to ask this question at first. Surely everyone must know this but me? In any case, really enjoying this upgrade, but wanting to know more about these private details.

Each person gets their own exclusive collection of Sons du jour, and as you discovered, they disappear at the beginning of the next day just after midnight. To save them, you can do a Save as... and change the name of the Sound file to something else.
