![]() ![]() ![]() For a while now, when working with sample files, Kyma nearly always asks me to find the file. Even though I have my Samples Folder marked in Kyma as a frequently used folder. The problem seems to always be a matter of kyma being too strict with Case matching. Even though the file name is correct in the Kyma sound, this still happens. Anyone else had this problem and solved it? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Is there any chance you have formatted your disk using a case-sensitive filesystem? (Kyma's file name comparison is case-insensitive.) IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I'll check that! I did a complete reformat/reinstall a few months ago, so perhaps I did select the wrong (!) file system type. Which FS type do you recommend for OSX 10.5 (with regard to Kyma)? (I probably have Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as my file system; which according to various online references appears to be Case-Sensitive.) IP: Logged |
