How do I get parameters to reappear in the VCS after I select 'Set Selected Sounds live controls to current values?' Once I select this, I no longer see that sounds' parameters in the VCS. Is there a way to get a sounds' parameters back into the VCS so I can use it to adjust the parameters, instead of adjusting the parameters on the timeline with a midi controller?

In that same Automation menu, you can set the selected Sound's parameter controls to "Live".

To set a single parameter to Live control, select that parameter from the list at the bottom left of the Timeline and set the control source to Live.
