A couple of questions -- I notice the ethernet connection but I can't find anything on what it is/will be used for. I admit I haven't looked all that hard but could you comment on that? I'm hoping there will be OSC support. Also, the fact I can choose DSP engine from Kyma -- can I control multiple Pacaranas from one computer? Best, Olle IP: Logged |

Hi Olle, There's early support for controlling multiple Para(rana)s / Capybaras in OSCulator, but it is not yet activated. I was searching for someone who would like to use that feature, would you like me to dig a bit more into that feature and send you a beta version? Best, IP: Logged |

Regarding the extra ports on the back of the Pacarana, some future software updates are planned that will utilize these ports in what we anticipate will be rather intriguing ways.  IP: Logged |

Hmm, as for future OSC support... is it wise for now to get an JazzMutant Lemur? I wish SSC has more clarity about this? Because at this moment there is an very interesting promotion discount on the Lemur and it ends on March 15th 2009! Normally the price is €2399 and now €1769... Actually, if you're interested in the Lemur, you can already use the Lemur with Kyma via OSCulator (http://www.osculator.net). IP: Logged |
