I second that, thanks for the great update! I look forward to trying it when I get home to my capy.

" When Kyma is running, you can double-click on a file in the Macintosh Finder and it will open in Kyma. To open several files, select all of them in the Finder, then double-click to open all of them in Kyma."

That's great! It's a small thing, but something that we had wanted for a long time, and it should make opening files much easier.

Dear C+K,
this release sounds like Kyma X.5! The new multichannel Prototypes are a big step forward and push the system as the only high level recombinant hardware spatializer.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks!

I got 'stuck' in two of them and got inspired : here's what I did
http://www.pulsar-records.de/?play/trax/3692

(btw, can't remember the exact name - but it was a sound whereby the effects and the samples being effected constantly change (intro), and the other was mashing the drum samples (from 01:52))

Thanks C+K!

Wow, a bunch of new classes that I created are rendered obsolete by Stereoizer, as well as the selectable input/output sounds. But thanks! There's a lot of great stuff.

yes, very good update , lots of cool stuff to get into , and lots of practical ideas too - like the selectable sounds - sadly, i only have 2 speakers in my studio, so can't hear the multichannel as surround sound stuff, but when the time comes, i'll be prepared !
