I would look at material from Jens Blauert, i like it very much, and for acoustics those materials aim to build your own recording studio provide all the basics about room modes etc etc a very nice and basic one you can find useful based on what you already know its called acoustic design for the home studio by mitch gallagher, also the auralex site has some info everybody should know imao the link http://www.acoustics101.com/
and the computer music tutorial has info as well those are good foundations i think.
