Here's what I came up with. Analysis files -> http://www.micronaut.co.uk/photonal/files/Analysis-Files-For-Spectral-Smear.zip [This message has been edited by photonal (edited 08 October 2011).] IP: Logged

and yes, the Apoteke 3 s128 L.spc one will work just as well. But here's the other one anyway to save retyping all those references! or I suppose one could rename the 'R' to 'L' ;-) [This message has been edited by photonal (edited 09 October 2011).] IP: Logged

Clicking on 'Input Parameters' at the top-right of the QC comp, drops down comp parameters such as 'Friction' to control how much the CrossHairs are slowed. I'm enjoying this sound so much here's a performance of it. (The QC comp makes quite nice performance interface.) [This message has been edited by photonal (edited 09 October 2011).] IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() I dont know how difficult this might be to implement and there is kind of a way around this by using the archiving tool but it would be great to have some kind of facility to see in one area a list of files referenced within a sound. What I'm thinking of is something similar to the way Adobe apps deal with linked files. The archiving tool is great but there is still a (sometimes quite lengthy) process of finding linked files when you run a sound in a new environment. This process does result in a successful playing of the sound when completed successfully but you still have to go through the sound and update the paths to the linked files manually to avoid having to deal with finding these files again next time the sound is run. Having Kyma modify and save these paths once initially set would be great but a more elegant way of dealing with a long set of links altogether would be just fabulous. ![]() ![]() ![]() As an alternative, a folder object, capable of holding files, enabling users to embed files within a .kym file could also work. The downside to this is the potential to make very large files but how big is big nowadays? IP: Logged |
