I upgraded to OS 10.4 (Tiger) tonight. For the most part everything is fine. Kyma works just as wonderfully as ever.

However, now when I launch Kyma, it seems to have a negative impact on any other application I am already running. I notice that shortly after the splash screen, I loose the abillitty to use any of the pull down menus in any of my running applications (like "File", "Edit", "Window", etc.).

I first noticed this because I use Logic Audio 7 in conjunction with Kyma (and a Lynx AES 16 card). There have been a number of small bugs in Logic and I naturally assumed that this was where the problem was. The Finder's menus worked correctly as did Kyma's. However after trouble shooting for a while I realised any application that I opened while Kyma was running behaved as Logic had and as soon as I quit Kyma, the problem vanished. Fortunately, I am still able to load a sound and quit Kyma with it still running in the Capy (which is usually my main AD/DA and reverb when working in Logic).

Would this be a Kyma issue or something that will be fixed with the next OS 10.4 update?

I can also confirm this new behaviour in OSX Tiger - whilst Kyma is open, it becomes almost impossible to access/use the menus of other open applications. The problem disappears as soon as Kyma is closed.
