It seems that Kyma does not recognise x-coordinate gestures using an apple magic mouse. y-coordinate gestures work fine as the vertical scroll bars in the Kyma UI react to them.

I would very much like to be able to:

Hold shift, and scroll the window horizontally with my mouse wheel.
(pretty sure this is the same thing?!?!)
This works with browser windows....
