I have a couple of sample disks in SoundDesigner II format (for SampleCell) that I'm trying to convert over to Akai format to load into my spiffy new sampler. I've copied most of the sample files across from mac to pc (where the converter is) fine, but the instrument files show up as size 0 on the pc. Is there something wierd about the instrument files (like all the info is in the resource fork rather than the data fork?) Anyone have some advice for me?

Thanks, Larry

SD-II files have all of the information for the instrument stored in the resource fork, so when you transfer the file to the PC, all of that information is lost.
