Hi,
I wrote a bug about a compiled sound grid problem so I tried to workaround by using a timeline (which may be a better solution anyway).
My mic is going into input 1 and the sound I use routes that signal to output 3. When I use the sound standalone it works fine; however, when it's in a timeline it does not. In a timeline, I check DSP status and observe input in input 1 but no output on output 3. Standalone (double-click within the timeline) , I observe input on input 1 and output on output 3 and it works as expected.

The sound is an "Input channel 1" ----> "SelectableAudioOutput". I use a hot parameter to select channel. Note that while choosing channel 1 or 2 does not work either while in timeline but does standalone.

Thanks,
