Which section of TWIKI would I post to when I want to ask for help with creating a sound?

I would suggest the "How" section.

To submit a new 'How to' question:
Write a short description of the Sound you want to create and click the Submit button. The short description should be in the form of a WikiWord (two or more words with no spaces between the words and with internal caps). For example:

SynthesizeAHeartBeat

or

ArtificialFire

On the edit page, you can type a more complete description of what you are trying to achieve in normal English.

OK, thanks. It's done. You can check out "How do I recreate a herd of animals" in the "How" section!
