![]() ![]() ![]() I have not been able to get Kyma X 6.04 to run on a TiG4500 running 9.2.1 through the PCMCIA interface. Kyma dies a few seconds after the splash welcome page is displayed. Anyone had to deal with this issue? Any suggestions appreciated. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Bill, how much memory does that machine have? Do you have sleep mode turned off? Did you run Kyma.5 on this same machine with PCMCIA? (I've sent you a copy of MacsBug to install in case that gives us additional clues). IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Powerbook TiG4500MHz, 512MB memory, 20GBHD, does not work regardless of sleep mode settings (on or off). OS 9.2.2, OS X 10.3. OpenGL 1.2.4 (can't find 1.2.5 anywhere, suggestions?). Kyma 5.14 works every time with the interface. Have tried to run Kyma with Capybara Driver 5.05PPC in and out - no difference, does not work. Sequence is: Kyma X splash page, <seconds>, license window, <few seconds>, error dialogue "Make sure Caybara interface is connected", hit OK, bounced - done. I wonder if I anything else in my system is outdated. Thought updating 10.1 to 10.3 would solve the problem but it didn't. I am not running Kyma X with anything else/open. IP: Logged |
