Hi,

do I need to interpolate the !Pitchbend controller, pasted into a constant entitled "Pitchbend", when I want to use it for a "(LFO L - Pitchbend L) abs"-kind of operation (again pasted into a constant)? Any experience with this kind of variation of controller information?

Thanx, flo

!Pitchbend is a 14-bit controller so you may not need to interpolate it. If you hear steps, try typing the word

smoothed

after !Pitchbend to do linear interpolation.

Ah, okay...wasn't sure if different quantizations (of controller and
control signal) would make the substraction of those waveforms impossible. In the meantime I just applied it the way I described before. This works perfectly well, I didn't hear steps so far (without
smooth).
Thanks, Florian
