![]() ![]() ![]() Hi, I'm using this very simple code: (0.2 s random abs) smooth: 5 s I've noticed that the code seems to always start with a default 1 when I use the smooth: function. I checked this by pasting into a SoundToGlobalController When I don't use the smooth: then the first number is random between 0 and 1. What is the smooth: doing to force the fader to start at 1 every time? Or rather, how can I stop this from happening? Thanks! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() The defaul initial value is always 1, but you can override this by using initialValue: YourValue at the end of the expression. I don't know if you can put a random generating expression after the initialValue: message to start with a random value eacht time you start the Sound, but I guess so? IP: Logged |
