Hi Carla and Kurt,

thanks a lot for the great update with these very handy improvements!
Is there a way to automatically map samples in one folder to the VCS- labels? (Maybe there is an obvious answer, but I´ve got not so much experience in writing scripts).
Thanks!
Franz

Hi Franz,

Whatever you use in the FileNames parameter field (for example, {'B Flat Ping.aif' sampleFileNamesInSameFolder}) can also be used in the Code option of the Set Tick Marks option in the VCS Editor. Select Code, then click Edit, then paste this code into the field. Alternatively, if you have a list of filenames as inidividual strings, you can copy this list, select List, click Edit, paste this list (without the quote marks) into the field.

After you have generated a list algorithmically (using the Code option), you can change to List and click Edit to modify the generated list (for example to remove extensions or shorten the names). Find and Replace are also active in this editor to help modify long lists.
