urgh - sorry for posting so much in the support forum - but I need support!

apology aside...

I can't figure out how to get any Core Audio action - do i need a driver or something? i've tried the Core Audio Tools from the WIKI and CoreAudio doesnt show any sign of recognising the Capy....

There is a firewire updater on the wiki somewhere you need to run to get core audio action, and you need to be on tiger.

Log in to tweaky. Then click the link:

"Download the latest version of Kyma X."

Then, under Firmware, it is the second choice:

"Download the beta Kyma FireWire Interface firmware supporting AV/C audio on the Macintosh"
