Is it possible to make the parameters of the AnalysisFilter controllable(by event values)? Ideal for my purpose would be a filter
with which you could isolate the individual harmonics of the input
sound and whose parameters (especially center frequency & scale) can be controlled by e.g. a random generator. Unfortunately I don't have enough smalltalk skills jet, otherwise I probably could construct it algorythmically, using the script module.
Has anybody else here constructed this kind of filters?

I think that the reason that these parameters are not real-time-controllable is that the calculations that take the center frequency and harmonic number to the filter parameters are too complex to be done in real time.

One possibility would be to modify the bandpass filter example to use a higher order filter -- perhaps that would give you a steep enough cutoff to isolate a single harmonic.
