On Saturday, November 15th, the composition program at San Jose State University will present our annual concert of electro-acoustic music — “Electric Pacific 2008.”

This concert features music by SJSU composers Daniel Wyman, Pablo Furman, & Brian Belet (Kyma), plus music by Bay area guest composers Janis Mercer and Doug Michael. Music by Elainie Lillios, Tucker Robison, and Carla Scaletti (Kyma) round out the program, along with two compositions by Allen Strange, founder of our SJSU electro-acoustic music program.

Dedicated to the memory of Allen Strange, this concert will be presented in 8.1 surround sound spatialization in the Concert Hall (Music Bldg.) at San Jose State University.

Concert details:
Saturday, November 15, 2008, 7:30 pm, Concert Hall (Music Bldg.), San Jose State University.
Admission is $15 ($10 student).
