![]() ![]() ![]() Hi Everyone, Does anyone have any ideas of creating the rotor module of John Bowen's Solaris. For example taking four live inputs or oscs/sounds and have the rotors track the keyboard pitch. The rotors should "spin" from slow all the way up into the audio range. I also would like the rotors to have their own independent adsr for each one. For the record I am a complete newbie at the kindergarten level here. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I am not sitting in front of my kyma system and there maybe thousand and one way to do this in kyma ... but I would suggest to take a closer look at the XenOscillator as a modulation source for each of your source channels. (4 sources in the solaris) The XenOSC is great for cyclic slow to audiorate modulation. Each XENOsc with a different envelope / offset... to blend one channel after another ... Maybe use the OscilloscopeDisplay after each XEN to visualize your cycling envelopes ;-) just my 2 cent all the best [This message has been edited by ChristianSchloesser (edited 02 May 2012).] IP: Logged |
