hello to all kymaites. I don't have a message yet but I just wanted to be the first to post a subject on this great new system, and to see if anyone was out there yet.

Also "Hello" to my fellow Kymaites! I'm really looking forward to participating in our new community!

I'm in Lafayette, IN and have had a "basic" Capy-320 since Jan. 2000.

Q: What do you call a Capybara that's gone bad?
A: A Chupacabra! (See http://www.princeton.edu/~accion/chupa.html). Ok, so linguistically it's unrelated, but still humorous, I hope.

Hello felow Kyma users,

I am located in Montreal, Canada and have owned a basic Kyma system (Capy320) since Feb '99.

I look forward to participating in this community and exchanging tips/ideas with all of you.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the SSC team for the great work they've done in creating this phenomenal piece of software which is K.5 and for putting up this forum which, I believe, will play a significant role in bringing all Kyma users closer together.

Regards to all,

Hi all!

I just received my Kyma system last Friday. I haven't had any sleep since! I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the incredible potential of this system. The software allows such flexibility compared to all my other synths -- even better than CSound!

I'm located in Tucson, AZ and I look forward to participating with you all
