![]() ![]() ![]() Hi, Can anyone recommend any book(s) on sound synthesis/sound design, I found lots of information on the web but thought maybe there might be some sort of "bible" on sound out there somewhere.

![]() ![]() ![]() I came to visit the Amazon selection. DAFX looks good....mm I might purchase that one... If some of you are into digital signal processing (I like the discipline despite I'm still learning electronics and close to finish my engineering cursus), I recently purchased for my studies the following : Digital Signal Processing Principles, Algorithms, and Applications, wrote by John G.Proakis, Dimitris G. Manolakis. The Fourth Edition has selected exercices solutions at the very last pages, whereas the 3rd one didn't. I love that book and work with it 1h a day or more. I'm currently working the FFT, and just finished the DFT chapter including all the circular properties( convolution , correlation , symetry etc...) .
