is their a way to select inputs other than 1& 2 in the tape recorder tool? I want to be able to sample from analogue inputs 3 & 4 without having to repatch hardware.

In the manual it says I should be able to select inputs by toggling the icon above the L & R meters, when I attempt to select the icon the curser changes to a "?" but will not toggle to any other option. Do I have to create a soundfile that handles this function?

thanks

For the moment, the only way to do this would be to select an AudioInput prototype (with the desired input channels checked) and then to select Action>Record to disk. OR to drag the AudioInput Sounds into the Timeline select Action>Record to disk for the Timeline.
