 changing inputs tape recorder?

is their a way to select inputs other than 1& 2 in the tape recorder tool? I want to be able to sample from analogue inputs 3 & 4 without having to repatch hardware. In the manual it says I should be able to select inputs by toggling the icon above the L & R meters, when I attempt to select the icon the curser changes to a "?" but will not toggle to any other option. Do I have to create a soundfile that handles this function? thanks IP: Logged |

For the moment, the only way to do this would be to select an AudioInput prototype (with the desired input channels checked) and then to select Action>Record to disk. OR to drag the AudioInput Sounds into the Timeline select Action>Record to disk for the Timeline. IP: Logged |
