What is the minimum CutOff frequency for the AveragingLowPassFilter?

That is, what is the maximum number of samples that it will average?

The maximum run length for the averaging is 4096 samples. The minimum frequency is the inverse of that duration in seconds. For example, if your SR=44.1 kHz, the minimum frequency is between 10 and 11 hz.

You can type the expression

4096 samp s hz

Then select it and use ctrl+Y to evaluate what the lowest cutoff can be at whatever your current sample rate happens to be.
