In the AVC description on the Tweaky, it states that the sample rate for the Capy should be set in Audio MIDI setup. Is it still possible then to externally clock the capybara from e.g. Digital Input 1&2?

I haven't tried the new firmware yet so I thought I'd make sure it would still work in context with the rest of my rig before I really mess things up!

Yes the Capybara can use any clock when you are using the AVC.
