![]() ![]() ![]() I'm diving into learning Capytalk and wanted to learn about debugging. What's the best way to monitor the incoming value of something like !keyTimbre when I'm creating a Sound? I'd like to know the range that it's sending so that I can translate it to a parameter in the Sound. Thanks! [This message has been edited by daveward (edited 12 December 2011).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Hi Dave, If you create a SoundToGlobalController, set the Value to !KeyTimbre and the GeneratedEvent to something like !MonitorKeyTimbre, you will see the incoming value of !KeyTimbre on the Virtual Control Surface. This is for monophonic keyboard only (since KeyTimbre can take on a different value for each voice). IP: Logged |
