If you should ever need some telephone tones for sound effects, music, or to navigate a touch-tone phone menu from outside the US, you might find the attached Sound useful/fun. If you hold your telephone up to the speaker you can even dial the phone using Kyma.

I get an Invalid BOSS file exception on trying to open the file.

An "invalid BOSS file" usually indicates that the Sound is being opened by an older version of Kyma than the version it was created and saved in. (Are you using Kyma 5.08?) Or is it possible you saved the text rather than downloading the link to disk?

I wrote a program many years ago for the Commodore 64 that dials up phones in the same manner. The program keeps a database of your oft-used phone numbers. Anybody need this program? You'll have to upgrade to a C64 of course. ;-)
