![]() ![]() ![]() as i am already there building up a wish list. i´m very very sad about the fact that kyma disturbs other processes on the host computer so much. (at least on my win98 setup) i got used to the characteristic that kyma has to be in the foreground when playing back a disc track. but right now i explored also the other direction: that it´s not possible to play back a disk track with windows media player (to another soundcard) while kyma is in foreground. so i have to think about installing a second computer for my planned setup for jobs which could comfortably run together on the same machine. astonishing also when thinking about kyma as a dedicated second computer. you know that i´m absolutely mad about kyma and addicted to it, but these things make me unhappy. ![]() ![]() ![]() One of the beneficial side-effects of Project X (the port to OS X and WinXP) is that Kyma will be a better citizen of the CPU community. IP: Logged |
