I'm trying to copy the Drive algorithm from the TC Fireworx

As you increase the gain the output is automatically attenuated to keep the perceived volume constant. As long as you feed the Fireworx a signal at around 0 db it does this incredibly smoothly.

I've attached my attempt at doing this but i suspect there is a much better way to do this as my attempt still has perceived volume change.

Does anyone know how to do this accurately?
