just observed that the DynamicRangeControll is killing the stereo image.
i feeded a sampleCloud into a compressor from the prototypes.
with PanJitter set to 1 no jitter apears.
what to do?

You can easily set up a stereo compressor by setting up 2 parallel mono compressors. Attached is an example of one.

The mix of stereo/mono behavior among prototypes is very confusing and frustrating.

There should be a consistent methodology, or at least something graphic on the symbol to give a clue.

I would prefer separate input/output ports, then it would be obvious. I hate having to always split and join inorder to maintain a stereo image.

There was, I believe, a sound posted here that you could use to determine the stereo/mono behavior of a particular prototype.
