Hi,

within a mix-sound (just 2 other sounds mixed together with a mixer) I'd like to switch between two sounds. My problem is that the presets, like I defined them in those sounds before, are not the same anymore in the new mix. That is, when I change the pages the settings are not according to the first preset of that sound (I always have to re-select the preset to get the right settings).
This is somewhat problematic because part of the first preset are always the input levels closed - I want to fade them in softly myself, otherwise it can be disturbing in a live-situation with amplification; I want it to be smooth, not noticable.
Thanks, flo

To use a 'master'in the mixer would be a solution of course,
but still, the re-selecting of the presets when changing a
page in the VCS seems to be necessary.

And how can you change the order of presets in the VCS, so that
the first one is not 'default'? (I think you already answered this
question once, but i forgot to memorize it, my apologies)

The order of the presets is alphabetical. So, the preset named "0 Default" will come before "Default".

When you change layers, the preset last selected on that layer will be the one showing, not the first one. Try playing your Sound, go to the layer and select the preset you want to have come up initially, and save the Sound. Next time you play the Sound, that preset should be the selected one.
