The great thing about the PCMCIA card is that it allows you to edit Kyma patches without the Capy present and I used to do that a lot - on planes, in hotel rooms or just at home... I really miss that functionallity since moving to the Flame. The new Mac computers do not support PCMCIA, but I still wish for the editing functionality - it would be really really great if SSC made this possible in another way. I know you can plug in the Flame to do this too, but that does not work on a plane etc - I used to just leave the PCMCIA card in the laptop, so I could open KYMA anytime. Cheer, Garth IP: Logged
