![]() ![]() ![]() this should be simple! what i want to do is have the stereo placement of a sound coming out of a midiVoice change randomly on each !KeyDown event. what can i type into the 'left' and 'right' boxes to make this happen? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() One quick way would be to put an Attenuator on your Sound before it feeds into the MIDIVoice. In the Attenuator set Left and Right to something like !KeyDown nextRandom abs smoothed Think of the MIDIVoice as the "source" of MIDI for the Sound to its left. You cannot put a !KeyDown in the Left and Right parameters of the MIDIVoice, because the MIDIVoice cannot send MIDI data to itself. IP: Logged |
