Author | Topic: Why does looping pop? |
preston Member |
![]() ![]() ![]() Every time I try to loop wav or aif files (that are perfectly looped in other programs such as sound forge) there is noticeable popping noises at the loop points. Dosen't seem to make much difference if it is in RAM or off disk. Also can't get kyma to loop anywhere but repeating at the start of a wav rather than at a designated loop point. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Which Sound are you using to do this? The GenericSource Sound (created by default when you drag a sample from the Sound Browser) will only loop the entire sample. If you use the Sample Sound with all of the checkboxes unchecked, you should get sample playback from the loop points specified in the sample. IP: Logged |
