![]() ![]() ![]() hi Gareth I don't know if it will help with the down loading, but there has been two updates of kyma since the CD. You can tell which one you are on by looking at the boot up picture . There are tiny little numbers in the corner. Hope it helps. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() quote: I got the same error message. I downloaded both the Ping Pong example, and the retroEchoes. (I used "Save as Text" in Netscape.) Both appeared on my desktop with Netscape icons. I used "import" in Kyma, and it changed the icon and removed the ".kym" extension from the name. I went back to the Finder, replaced the ".kym" and went back to Kyma. The retroEchoes.kym opened just fine, but PingPong.kym gave the same error that Gareth mentions. I looked at both with FileTyper, and they were the same - same Creator, Type, etc. Bill IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Hi, I just tried the downloaded .KYM file too and it has some extraneous stuff on the front of it. I used the EMACS editor to remove all characters from the front up to the "BOSS9600" that should have appeared first. It now works just fine! - DM IP: Logged |
