![]() ![]() ![]() When I got the new version of Kyma, I say no to updating the firmware as I was quickly testing, but now I can not remember how to go back to update the firmware, or am I just forgetting I have done it in the mean time? For the first time ever I have had some loud cracks and audio stopping from my MOTU UltrqaLite3, so I thought perhaps of going back to 6.75, relaoding that firmware and then going back to 6.76 so that I was sure the firmware was all good. Any suggestions. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() For future reference, it's never a good idea to install new software and skip the firmware update. As for how to update it now, when you launch Kyma, it should give a warning that the firmware date is older than the software date and give you an option to update it at that point. Could you please email us a copy of the Sound you were working on when you heard the drop outs? The MOTU problem seems more likely to be related to the Sound scheduling than to the firmware update but we would like to try it here to investigate. IP: Logged |
