Delora Software today released an enhanced version of vKiP, its iPad multitouch VCS controller. vKiP 1.1, available immediate from the iTunes App Store, includes two new features that enhance vKiP's usability.

The first new feature, "Jump to Touch", provides rapid setting of Kyma settings. When the "Jump to Touch" fader preference is turn on you can touch anywhere in a fader's "channel" to immediately cause the fader, and corresponding VCS setting, to "jump" to that value. And since vKiP is fully multi-touch enabled you can do this with multiple faders simultaneously.

The second new feature is "Control Touch Shows Value". Normally vKiP's "LCD" shows abbreviated labels for each of the eight faders and rotaries. If you enable Control Touch Shows Value" in the preferences then any time you touch a fader or rotary the LCD will show the full names of the corresponding fader and rotary Kyma setting, plus the current value. The value will update as you change the control. The LCD will revert back to showing all labels as soon as you release the fader or rotary.

For additional information about vKiP 1.1 visit www.delora.com. vKiP is available for the iTunes App Store for $39.95 USD.
