Tonight's experiment has led to a stereo vocal modal replicated polyphonic patch. I have kept the replication and voice counts sensible. If you start increasing the replication count, you will need to adjust the pan expression. I bet it sounds awesome if you have a !KeyTimbre compatible controller. I enjoy bathing the patch in epic delay and verb. Have fun. Charlie P.S. The detune is set-up incorrectly, it pushes the note sharp, my previous solution does not work in this case for some reason.... I made an edit and perhaps someone could tell me why the interpolation between keydowns doesn't happen between consecutive keydowns - i.e. there is no gradual change of voice between the presets. IP: Logged

By multiplying the Preset fader in 'InterpolatePresets' by the 'env'. but it still isn't quite there yet. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() I think that is because it has wacom and continuum in mind IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() I changed the KeyTimbre's to just Timbre so that could alter that parameter via another source, e.g. the Interpolations. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Is !KeyTimbre a polyphonic message if you have the appropriate device? I assumed it was. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Yes, !KeyTimbre is polyphonic when it comes from Wacom/Continuum/iPad. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Is there going to be a way to access polyphonic KeyTimbre from midi or OSC in the future? Sorry to keep asking this but still high on the wish list. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Would that enable you to access it from your EigenHarp? (if that is how you spell it), I would be fascinated to hear more Kyma sounds performed on it.... (Albeit no !KeyTimbre) Ta Charlie IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Yes, both the eigenharp and manta have poly touch, so it would be much more expressive to be able to use it with Kyma rather than reducing the instruments to a single channel pressure parameter. IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() That's great news! I must have missed the memo on that one. Sorry to be dense, but I was looking in the OSC documentation pages on the wiki and wasn't seeing the format for the OSC Key Event message. Do you have an example of the OSC message or link to a wiki page? [edit] Or did you mean this is a feature in the works? Thx in advance. ![]() ![]() ![]() The feature is there (it is used in the Kyma Control Keyboard); documentation is coming soon. IP: Logged |
