![]() ![]() ![]() This is something that I've been meaning to ask for quite some time now - it's only now that I am really wanting a solution. In the "Remove Pitched Material" portion of SA, it seems that it just constantly loops the sample. is this correct? And there's no controlling it? The problem I'm having is that I have to basically guess the threshold constantly as the sample playback comes around as most of the unpitched transients are at the beginning of the sample file (the attack). So for a sustained 5 second sample I have to wait the whole 5 seconds for the attack to come around again. Is there a way to hear only a portion of the sample as I'm doing this so that I can work on only that portion? IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() Oh and one other thing - a value readout would be nice here. Often times I fiddle around with this and note the position of the threshold but an exact value would be more useful. IP: Logged

You could edit the Tool and modify it so the first page of the Spectral Analysis tool, where it asks for Delay Between Repetitions, would allow a negative duration. That would loop faster than the full duration (so it would repeat the attack portion only). Would that help? Attached is an example... IP: Logged
