Is there a way to set the size of the resulting VCS created in a tau gallery. When using a smaller screen, the VCS window and it's controls extend beyond the screen dimensions making it necessary to edit every VCS. The widgets can be repositioned but it is impossible to resize the VCS window. Perhaps, if no widget is currently selected, the VCS window dimensions (Left/Top/Wd/Ht) could be presented in the in the VCS Editor for editing?

The attached graphic illustrates the problem.

In OS X have you tried clicking the green maximise widget on the VCS Finder window ? this usually resizes to fit the screen dimension

that worked thanks!

can't believe I didn't try that anyway!! it didn't occur to me that the widgets would automatically resize as the window was already filling the entire screen.
